Solution Architect | 2022 – Present
Lead IBM Sterling (B2B Integrator, SSP, SEAS) architecture across diverse client engagements and industries, partnering with networking, storage, and platform architects to define Kubernetes and OpenShift patterns for scalability, availability, and security.
Architected containerized Sterling B2B Integrator and SFG deployments on Kubernetes and OpenShift supporting 26 production/DR clusters within a 52-cluster hybrid environment (AWS, Azure, on-prem) spanning DEV, QA, PROD, and DR, targeting 99.9% uptime.
Designed and implemented a CI/CD-driven GitOps delivery model using Argo CD and Helm for Sterling deployments. Trained engineers on GitOps workflows and standardized releases across client environments to reduce operational risk.
Built an idempotent Python automation framework to migrate data from a competing MFT platform to Sterling File Gateway, coordinating data extraction and cleansing with business analysts and reducing per-flow configuration time from 30 minutes to under 1 minute (~97% reduction).
Authored architecture diagrams, solution design documentation, and disaster recovery run books for Sterling deployments; communicated architectural trade-offs and recommendations to engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
